Shipping policy

Shipping Policy:

• Orders are processed within 3 to 7 business days of receiving your order.
• All orders are shipped via Canada Post.
• Customers are responsible for shipping charges unless the minimum spend is met to qualify for free shipping.

Damages & Mis-ships:

• Customers must verify and confirm the contents of each shipment upon receipt.
• Claims for discrepancies or damaged items must be made within 7 days of receipt.
• Please retain the original packaging for damaged items for carrier reporting purposes.
• Do not adjust invoices until authorized by Selvabuzz. Contact us to report any issues.

Returns:

• Returns require prior authorization from Selvabuzz.
• Contact us at contact@selvabuzz.com for authorization and instructions.
• Defective goods will be replaced or credited.
• We do not accept returns for used merchandise, damaged packaging, certain items, or items missing components.
